2010 ARCA Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway Rule Changes

(Late Models revised 1-8-10)

TO ALL DIVISIONS: In 2010, we will put a major emphasis on decibel limits. The rule is the same, but it will be enforced. If you are still loud on your third time you are at the track, you will not be allowed to compete. THIS APPLIES TO ALL CARS IN ALL DIVISIONS AT BOTH TRACKS. This was a topic at the recent MSPA (Michigan Speedway Promoters Association) meeting.
