    TOLEDO SPEEDWAY UPDATE: SUNDAY, MAY 21 AT 9:45 A.M.

    The track drying process will begin as soon as the rain stops for today’s Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care at Toledo Speedway for the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards Stock Cars.

    The goal is to begin the race at the scheduled start time of 2 p.m. The autograph session will take place as scheduled at 10 a.m.

    While there may be a delay in the start time, track and series officials plan to run the race today.

    Do you guys even know how to use a website or what it's purpose is?  1 update early n the morning and that's it?  This was an ARCA show and fans come from near and far, just not the local area.  I too sat around waiting for updates and had the local weather report n most of the day trying to get some idea of whether or not it was worth the two hour drive.  Something to keep in mind the next time you have an event worth attending.

      I hear you there, Rick. I drove from Detroit down to the track only to hear the cars on the track and a fan telling me that theybwere on the 75th or so lap. Turned around, got back in my car, left the track. Was not going to waste my money!

        Yea -- the race is running! with no updates on the website saying that the race was running. NICE JOB TOLEDO SPEEDWAY. PISSED OFF LOYAL FAN!! Arrived at the track to have a fan tell me they were on the 75th or so lap. What the hell!?!!

            Hey Toledo Speedway, it was really nice of you to keep your loyal fans in the loop regarding track/race status for today's Menards race (yes -- this is sarcasm)! I was planning on coming down to watch the race in person, but without a lack of weather updates I decided against it.  How about next time you provide more than one weather update to your website?
