    Condolences to family and friends of “Irish” Jim McCune, who was honored Friday June 10 at Toledo Speedway as the patriarch of the 4-generation McCune Racing Family in a ceremony attended by many family members. Irish Jim suffered a stroke on Sunday June 12 and was subsequently placed in hospice care. He passed away Thursday June 23. A moment of silence in his memory will be observed during the racing program at Toledo Speedway June 24.
