SCHOOL BUSES, NIGHT OF DESTRUCTION KICKS OFF TOLEDO FRIDAY NIGHT SHOWS
Toledo, Ohio—May 30, 2016: Toledo Speedway’s Friday night schedule kicks into high gear this Friday, June 3 with the wild Monroe Superstore “Night of Destruction”, featuring the School Bus Figure 8 race! The speedway will be in action each Friday night for the month of June with a tremendous variety of events.
Tickets are now on sale for all four June events by calling the track office at 419-727-1100 Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. The ticket office opens Friday at 5:30 p.m.
In addition to the School Bus Figure 8 race, a full race card of events will keep fans entertained this Friday night! The Boat Figure 8 race, Train Figure 8, and a pair of Figure 8 races with the ARCA Victory Lane Oil Change Figure 8’s and the Factory Stocks are also part of the race card. Race Car Bowling and a Flag Pole race are also on the schedule.
Parking is free on the track grounds. The front gates will open at 5:30 p.m. when the ticket office opens. Practice is at 6:15 and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are also on sale for the 3 other Friday night June shows at Toledo; The All American Coach/Hemelgarn Racing/Super Fitness “Fastest Short Track Show in the World”, featuring the open-wheel race machines of the MSA Super Modifieds and the Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper Winged Sprint Cars hits the track Friday, June 10.
The Midwest Monster Trucks return to Toledo Friday, June 17, sponsored by LKQ Pick Your Part and Great Clips. The pit party begins at 5:30 p.m. FREE pit party tickets are available while supplies last at the LKQ location on Hagman Road, ¼ mile north of the track and at participating Toledo-area Great Clips locations. Pit party tickets are valid only with a paid admission ticket.
Friday, June 24 Lakeshore Utility Trailer Sales presents the King of the Wing Sprint Car Shootout, featuring drivers from across the nation. Toledo is the first event of a 3-race Midwest swing on that weekend. The Top Speed Modified Tour will also be in competition June 24.
