Kimmel meeting fans at two Menards stores
(TOLEDO, Ohio – May 15, 2015) – Frank Kimmel will race at Toledo Speedway this weekend, but not before meeting and greeting fans throughout northwest Ohio.
Kimmel, driver of the No. 25 Ansell-Menards Toyota, will be appearing with his race car at the Sandusky, Ohio Menards store from 3 to 4:30 and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today (Friday, May 15) at the Toledo North Menards store, located across the street from Toledo Speedway.
The appearances lead up to a big weekend of racing in Toledo.
Kimmel is the all-time winner at Toledo, having nine wins, 24 top-5’s and 27 top-10 finishes.
The Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care will spread out over two days, Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17. Practice for the Menards 200 will include two sessions from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET and final practice from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon, with Menards Pole Qualifying presented by Ansell at 3:30 p.m. Menards 200 race day festivities get underway Sunday with an autograph session from noon to 1 p.m., pre-race ceremonies and driver introductions at 1:30 p.m. and the green flag to follow after 2 p.m.
