TOLEDO SPEEDWAY THROWBACK THURSDAY

TOLEDO SPEEDWAY THROWBACK THURSDAY

A popular trend among social networking sites is Throwback Thursday, reminding us of some popular memory from the past. In recognition of Throwback Thursday, ToledoSpeedway.com will feature a "Blast From The Past" each week.

ARCA founder John Marcum (left) presents the Glass City 200 trophy to John Anderson after his win in the season-ending classic at Toledo Speedway in 1974.  John is holding Matt Williams, the son of Howard Williams, who was ARCA’s PR director and track announcer at Flat Rock and Toledo.  Williams passed away in July of 1974.  Anderson’s car owner, the Stan Yee, is to the right of Anderson.
