    A popular trend among social networking sites is Throwback Thursday, reminding us of some popular memory from the past. In recognition of Throwback Thursday, ToledoSpeedway.com will feature a "Blast From The Past" each week.

    Long time ARCA official Jim Clarke takes the checkered flag from starter Joe Wells in the Mini-Stock feature at Toledo Speedway on July 18th, 1975. Clarke would go on to capture the season championship. The mini-stocks were a short lived division competing between the years of 1974 through 1976.
