(TOLEDO, Ohio – May 18, 2014) – Nashville recording artist “Lucy Angel” will perform Sunday morning at Toledo Speedway, warming up the crowd for the Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care.
The band will play from about 11:50 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will also will perform the national anthem before the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards race. Pre-race ceremonies start at 1:30 p.m.
Lucy Angel, a mother-daughter trio, is the combined forces of Kate, Lindsay and Emily Anderton.
Lucy Angel has touched audiences around the world performing hundreds of shows in the U.S. in support of their freshman album. In addition, they have toured Japan, Switzerland and China twice where they were honored to be the very first western/American act to ever sing at the Great Hall of the People in Tiananmen Square, Beijing before Chinese government officials and more than 280 international dignitaries and ambassadors.
The band has formed an association this season with Venturini Motorsports and will play before several ARCA Racing Series events. It’s first pre-race concert was at Salem Speedway.
