    To:  All ARCA 4 Cylinder teams

    RE:  4 Cylinder rules

     

    Effective immediately, all Neons will weigh minimum 2500 lbs., and have maximum 1½ inch inside diameter exhaust. 

    Point of emphasis:  NO REAR CAMBER IN ANY CAR.
