     TO:  ARCA STREET STOCK (Factory Stock car) DIVISION TEAMS 

    Effective with the first race at Toledo Speedway Friday, May 6, 2011, any Factory Stock that is competing in the ARCA Street Stock class at Toledo:

     

    Weight:  Maximum of 55% left side weight ratio will be enforced.
