The new schedules are posted!  The pocket schedules will be available at March 8!  This is the third of our winter bulletins.  All bulletins are posted on the site...no direct mail.  Last bulletin will be posted around March 21^.  Flat Rock office is closed; Toledo phone number is 419-727-1100.  Please direct all calls to Toledo.  Please share this bulletin with those who do not use the computer!

SUNOCO RACING FUEL:  We now have confirmation of a new program!  Purchasers of fuel on most nights will have a chance to win cash, along with a season-end award program!  For those of you that buy drums of fuel, we now have a program in place-call today to get information on ordering drums of fuel!  Call Scott at 419-727-1100.  The complete program will be announced in March bulletin. 

MEMBERSHIPS:  will now be mailed to drivers and car owners only March 8.  IF you need before that date, call the ARCA office (Sherry-734-847-6726) or the Toledo office and we'll get them to you.  If you need more, call the track.  2011 rule books will be sent with your membership when you join.  Cost is same as 2010 for FR/Toledo memberships.

FIGURE 8 DIVISION:  We have a title sponsor for both tracks for the class!  The announcement will be made this week...check the website!!!  DTS Drive Train Specialists (Flat Rock Street Stocks) and Jeff's Collision (4 Cylinders) were announced as sponsors earlier.  We are also working on a Toledo Street Stock sponsor and a LM Gold Cup sponsor as of this bulletin.....

SCHEDULES:  If you missed the announcements, both schedules are now complete.  Sat. April 23 at Toledo is the CRA Crate Late Model 100 and the USA Modifieds, and Sun. Sept. 11 is the third and final LM Gold Cup race at Toledo.  Also on Sept. 11 will be the Street Stock and 4 Cylinder Championship events, along with the ARCA Trucks.  Times for these dates will be announced soon.

RACECEIVERS:  We still have a few left at the deal price of $90 each.  Call Scott to order yours.

TOLEDO pre-season practice session is Sunday, May 1, from Noon to 5 p.m.  Friday night opener is May 6. 

FR pre-season practices:  Saturday, April 23, noon to 5; Wednesday, April 27, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Saturday night opener is April 30.

STREET STOCKS/FACTORY STOCKS:  As announced in August, the Toledo Factory Stock division will be merged with the Street Stocks and will run under that name.  Factory Stocks in current form may run at Toledo ONLY for 2011, 2012 seasons and will weigh minimum of 3000 lbs.  In 2013, all cars will be Street Stock legal.  Street Stocks can now run at Toledo and Flat Rock.  Toledo purse for this class will be announced no later than March.

Car Numbers:  As always, we will try to work with everyone....We are working with the issue of duplicate numbers with the merging of the Factory Stocks with the Street Stocks.  Call Scott if you have a question.  We will hold your 2010 number for first 3 weeks of the season...you can call if you will be out later in the season and we will work with you.  No communication makes it very difficult...stay in touch with us on this.  IF you need a new number, call us!

Pad Rentals:  Will be mailed out next week.  2010 renters will have right of first refusal, but must be paid by the due date or you lose your pad.  A waiting list is being compiled at Flat Rock-call us if you have not done so yet to get on the list. 

Season tickets/gift cards:  Gift cards are just $25 and make great gifts, and they're good at both tracks!  Call today to order either item!

RACER'S REUNION/MARFC MEETING:  Saturday, March 12.  Reunion is open to EVERYONE, free admission!  Great day with old photos, etc....if you raced around the area, there's probably a photo somewhere of you and your ride!  Reunion is Noon to 5, with Michigan Auto Racing Fan Club Meeting at 6:30 p.m.  Mark this date on your calendar.  And just announced, we will have a LIVE BAND after the meeting! 

BANQUET:  We've had some calls, we need more opinions!  Like everything else, we have had to re-think the banquet.  We are up in the air as to what we do...the most cost-effective way is to have the banquet(s) at the Speedway Bar and Grille banquet room, which has undergone some remodeling-new tables, chairs, etc.  Tickets would be much less, dinner and probably a cash bar also.  IF we stay where we are at, we are looking at tickets over $44 each......feel free to call Scott to let us know what you think.

ENDURO ENTRY FORM: has been mailed out to the list, and the entry form is also posted on the website under forms.  **The 2011 tax form is also posted under forms, if you want to stay ahead of things!!!!

And congratulations for 2003 Toledo Late Model champ Brian Keselowski and Toledo LM race winner Brad Keselowski in the Daytona 500!!!
