Howe CRA Late Model Sportsman Series at Toledo Speedway Saturday; Plus Current Entry List

(SALEM, Ind. - September 28, 2010) - The Howe CRA Late Model Sportsman Series will have its first ever event at Toledo Speedway, located in Toledo, Ohio, this Saturday as a support division for the famed Glass City 200 for Outlaw Super Late Models.

The event will feature the best of the Howe CRA Late Model Sportsman Series against the best Toledo Sportsman Division drivers, plus many drivers from the Michigan, Ohio and Northern Indiana areas are expected to compete with many tracks in those areas already finished with their regular seasons.

To date this super competitive series has had 10 different winners in the 10 events so far this season. South Bend, Indiana's Derrick Griffin won the series last event at O'Reilly Raceway Park on September 18th. Other series winners in 2010 include Keith Sterkowitz, Al Cook Jr., Eric Evans, Charlie Hanna, Steve Minich Jr., Rick Rinehart, Brett Robinson, Ron Maynard Jr. and Scott Neal.

Mark Lambert is currently fifth in series points, 54 points behind Cook Jr. David Campbell is the series leading rookie, he is currently eighth in series points and has already locked up the 2010 Rookie of the Year Award for the series.
