Toledo Speedway

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - September 13, 2010) - As you know, we're going to throw Saturday's rained-out show into the scheduled event for September 18, making for a bunch of racing. It's the last race of the season, so here we go with a few details!

We need everyone's help, just like always..that's one of the reasons we are confident in rescheduling this event and running a giant show like this to end our season. WE ARE MOVING UP THE START TIME BY 1 HOUR--PLEASE MAKE A NOTE AND TELL EVERYONE!!!

Pits:  2:30

Front gates/ticket office:  3:30

Practice:  4 p.m.

Time trials:  5

Racing:  6 p.m.  

Pit parking:  No charge--we will be organizing this as much as possible.  You may end up in a different spot than you normally park.  We may need some of you to move your rig after your event to set up our refueling area for the Enduro.  DO NOT PULL YOUR RIG INTO THE PARKING LOT UNTIL THE RACES ARE COMPLETED.  We are expecting a large crowd..there won't be room for them.

It will be features only for everyone.   Practice-you may only get 1 hot lap session; we will try for 2 rounds; Time trials:  We will decide at 4:45 p.m. whether to qualify or do a blind draw for the Street Stock and Factory Stock portions.  4 Cylinders will qualify--it is your championship event.

Factory Stocks:  IF you are running both the Factory Stock AND Enduro race with the same car, read the following:  IF you practice, then don't run the Factory Stock feature, you WILL NOT RUN THE ENDURO.  We don't have practice for the Enduro cars, so if you think you are using the practice to scuff tires or whatever, think again.  There are no excuses, no exceptions...don't try it.  And, that includes making just a few laps in the Factory Stock portion and then dropping out...we will play hard ball with this and you will not win.  It's to be fair to the rest of the field.

Enduro cars:  Your race take place before the bus race.  We will set up a refueling area for those that may need to do this for the 300 lap race.  You need to be at the track no later than 6:30 p.m.

Street Stocks/Factory Stocks:  We will use the raceivers/scanners.  Make sure they are working.  We can save time as we have all year....

Transponders:  We will use them for all the oval divisions.  Same program as usual.

Pit passes:  $20 member, $30 non-ARCA member.  Same rules as always.

Driver changes:  IF there are any changes, you MUST report them to Sherry at the pit board immediately.

Be on time for the lineups--we will not wait.  We can't keep the fans and the kids in the seats all night....just do things as you have all season and we'll be fine.  We just have bit more on our plate this weekend, so just work with us and we will see you Saturday!
