Toledo Speedway

(TOLEDO, Ohio - August 10, 2010) - The Toledo Police Athletic League, a fixture in the Glass City for many decades, will stage the "Rumble at the Race Track" night of boxing at Toledo Speedway Saturday evening, August 21. 

Toledo Speedway is located on Benore Road at the I-75/Alexis Road exit.

The boxing ring will be constructed on the front straightaway of Toledo Speedway, with ringside seating and VIP seating available. 

"We are very pleased to be working with the Toledo P.A.L. group to present this night of boxing at Toledo Speedway," stated Ron Drager, co-owner of the track.  "We have worked with the Toledo Police Department for many years and this is a great opportunity for the track to assist the P.A.L. for this event."

The show will consist of a host of matches, beginning at 6 p.m. The rain date for the event is Sunday, August 22 at the same start time.
