TOLEDO, OH: (8-19-09): Glass Bowl Lanes will host Autograph Night this Friday, August 21 at Toledo Speedway. The 4 division of race cars will be parked on the track and race fans will be permitted to walk onto the racing surface to meet the drivers! The All Sport Season Championships are set for Friday, August 28.

The track's ARCA Sportsman, Figure 8, Speedway Tire and Auto Factory Stocks and the 4 Cylinders will all be in action Friday evening.  After time trials are completed, the race teams will park their cars on the track and the fans will be able to meet all the drivers and crews!  Many of the race teams will have treats and photos for kids of all ages!  The Glass Bowl Lanes Autograph session will begin at 7 p.m.

Friday, August 28 the 2009 track titles will be decided on All Sport Season Championship Night.  The Sportsman, Figure 8 and Factory Stock divisions will crown their champions and all 3 classes have tight point races going on for the coveted crowns.  Race time for Friday night racing is 7:30 p.m. 

Friday, September 4 the ARCA RE/MAX Series superspeedway-style cars return for the ARCA 200 presented by Belle Tire, with an 8:30 start time set.  An on-track autograph session with all the ARCA drivers, including NASCAR's Ken Schrader, will take place at 6:45.  The University of Toledo Marching Band will highlight the pre-race festivities, set to begin at 8 p.m.  Tickets are now on sale by calling 419-727-1100.

After a week off, the track jumps back into action with the Wendy's Night of Destruction School Bus Figure 8 races and more Friday, September 18.  Tickets are also on sale for this event.

Saturday, October 3 is the date for the 21^st running of the Glass City 200 Late Model invitational.  The 200 lap finale will be contested, with the Sportsman class and the Michigan Legends Cars also in action.

Saturday, October 17 is the final race of the year.  The very first running of an Enduro race will take place, using parts of the ¼ mile, ½ mile and pit road!  Race time is 1:30 p.m.  Much more information on this event will be available soon.  The track will also host a Racer's Flea Market and a Public Flea market the same day.
